Decide on fabric type

All material is subject to QC testing prior to any manufacturing to ensure that all fabrics are qualified for use and are of the best quality with no defects.

Production
  • Material is cut into the proper dimensions ready for sewing and creation of the garment.

  • 4- thread overlock sewing mechanism
  • Regular quality control during the sewing process
  • All garments are manufactured with machine operators in full PPE
  • Produced in general clean workshop
  • Availability for production to be carried out in dust free “clean-room” environment.
  • Each garment is individually packaged and custom packaging options are available.
  • For the Forensics, Pharmaceutical & Microbiology environments, ETO sterilization (ethylene oxide) is available.
Quality Control (QC)
  • All production batches are subject to QC approval. We ensure that regular QC takes place at the point of manufacture with experienced QC specialists to validate the production quality.
  • There are regular QA audits conducted of the production workspace during the manufacture of your product to ensure that working areas are up to the required standard during production.
Packaging
  • Standard packaging is 50 garments per carton, each garment individually packaged.
  • Bespoke packaging is available if required.
  • Sterile packaging is also available if required and if product when manufactured was sterile.
  • All cartons delivered in pallet form and shrink wrapped to avoid any damage.
After Sales Service
  • At least 1 carton per batch is kept for future reference and to ensure a “physical” record of the product is available in case of any issues.
  • Any issue or feedback reported is validated against the initial product request and specification.
  • Feedback is taken on board to improve future batches to ensure that over time, the product is a “perfect fit” to your business.
